You can change or add new delivery addresses during checkout. If, however, you have already placed your order and received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. For furniture, we will call you ahead of time to schedule a convenient time for you or someone else to be available at home so that our team can assemble the furniture for you. For small parcels, our courriers will call you when they are on the way, if you are not available, they will bring your item back to our warehouse and try to deliver it the next day. We offer a 30-day returns policy. You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. To return a product you have purchased, head over to your Account page, select the order you wish to return from the 'My Orders' list, and hit 'Return Order'. We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and online credit. You can also use Apple Pay to facilitate payment. Cash On Delivery payments are also available in the UAE and KSA, subject to an additional cash handling fee of 25 AED and 20 SAR respectively. However, we do not accept cheques.
Cash On Delivery (available only in the UAE and KSA) enables you to place an order online a without paying for it until your items have been delivered to you. You can pay with cash but you will be unable to use your credit or debit card for the same. Any refunds will be credited back to your account in the form of online credit. We now accept Apple Pay to facilitate payment on our app and devices that support Apple Pay. If you are using Apple Pay on a Mac device, you will only see this payment option available on Safari whilst using iOS. You can pay with Apple Pay using a Visa or MasterCard card. To pay using Apple Pay, add the items to your bag as normal. When you are ready to place your order, select Apple Pay at checkout.
We will initiate your refund once we receive the items back and validate that they are in their original condition. Once that check is done, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the original payment method, you should receive your refund within 5-15 days.
